Northburn Solar aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from goods we keep in stock from time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and we make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.

Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Northburn Solar and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through PayPal’s secure server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Northburn Solar disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Northburn Solar cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Delivery

All orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible.

Handling and Shipping

Northburn Solar only delivers within the UK and does not ship products internationally. Please note deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands incur very high carriage charges. For this reason these locations are not offered as options on the website. Please call for a quote and order by phone if you live in these areas. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Tax Charges

All prices are shown in UK pounds, including VAT.

Your credit/debit card details are entered on a PayPal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system and credited cards accepted are as detailed on the PayPal web site.

Returns Policy

Northburn Solar are happy to replace faulty goods free of charge, up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please ring first to discuss the problem and see if it can be resolved. Then if asked, return goods with an explanatory note specifying what the fault is with a copy of the original invoice, clearly showing date of purchase.

We do not accept returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement, by telephone. In which case we will deduct the original cost of postage and packing, plus a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
